I hope you had a great weekend! Today marks 10 months since I started sending you real estate market updates for your neighborhood and I just wanted to see how things were going. The market is slowing down a little bit but still crazy strong. What are your real estate plans this year? Is there anything I can do to help you this year?
P.S. I’d love to get your feedback on the Market Activity Report. I’m always trying to upgrade and improve my systems. Do you find the information helpful? Is there anything specific you’d change?

The weekend was HOT! But not as hot as some of these houses for sale. They DO NOT stay for sale long. I’m not currently interested in any real estate moves right now. However, the information that you’ve been sending me is KICKASS!! Very informative and very useful. If and when I am in the market I will contact you.
Just so you know, I’ve been doing some serious updates to my home over the past two years and I’ve been using your report to scout out properties similar to mine in style, structure and size. I’ve really gone in the mid century modern direction and I cannot help but to compare what I’m doing to what’s being sold around me. Not to mention the numbers I’m seeing houses like mine selling for; it’s ridiculous!
Please keep the reports coming and I will drop your name to any serious potential home buyers that maybe interested in a move. Just to reiterate, when I am ready to do something you will be the person I contact.
