STEP 1:  Review Program Details

We are committed to making homeownership a reality for more people. Select any active listing for sale on the MLS that meets property requirements. The first lease is for one year and can be renewed annually for a total of three years. Rental values are from $100,000 to $400,000. We'll guide you every step of the way.

 

How to Qualify*: No evictions, no felonies - Annual household income of at least $50,000 - Credit score of 550 minimum - Chapter 7 bankruptcies must be discharged before applying
